Clients come in through a reception area with seating, and the hallway leads to the private offices, the break room, and an 18×12 conference room with two windows.

There’s parking for about 40 cars, mostly in back, with a few spaces out front reserved for clients. The outside of the building is lit, and the front door lights stay on all night. Every tenant gets a front door key and an office key that opens only their own office, so you can come and go 24/7. Overnight parking isn’t allowed.
